Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born in Canada and is well-known among Canadians due to her work as an Canadian actress in the Freeform fantasy television show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea and a'que te love. She is also an accomplished model as well as dancer. Born in Montreal, she's lived in Texas from the time she was a child and has always enjoyed dancing. As a kid she has been taught to dance in various forms. As she reached the age of 15 old, she was participating in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained notoriety during 2008, when she was a guest in Nuestra Belleza Latina's second season. It was a Univision beauty contest series. In 2010 she played the receptionist in Telemundo telenovela Aurora. Her first movie was an action drama Tattooed Love in 2015.
