Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. The most notable recognition was given to her for her role as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also played the character of Jerrica Jem for the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. As a child, Aubrey was a part of The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey was the valedictory of their 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice the second time to accept her part in Nashville. Peeples is a guest actor in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally 2011 Grey's Anatomy (2005), and also portrayed a role as a recurring character in Necessary roughness (1991). She was in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) as well as The Good Mother. The actress was cast in an important role that was recurring in the sequel season of the drama series Nashville where she played Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar disorder during a 2019 interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples in its list of best actors under the age of 20 in September of 2014.
